All Caught Up (for now)

I noticed the other day that this poor blog needed some catching up...so please scroll down through all the new posts!  We have been a little MIA lately, but not without good reason that I thought I should document for posterity's sake.

We put our house on the market the first week in May. Two days after it was listed we had a full price offer and were under contract to sell and be out by the first part of June! It has pretty much been a whirlwind couple of months since.

We had two successful moving sales to simplify and decrease the things we would need to pack up and move!

Mat was released from the bishopric and decided to grow a beard while he could! (see his b-day post for evidence)

We moved out of a 4800 sq ft house into a 1200 sq ft duplex with the intent to house hunt though the summer.

We have recently found a home that we'd like to purchase, negotiated and settled upon a purchase price, and are under going the various other hoops that need jumping through to get into said house by the first part of August.

Life is a grand adventure wouldn't you say!

Oh my goodness! How EXCITING!! Tell Mat that facial hair looks good on him. . . it makes him look his age! :) We seriously are so happy for you guys and hope you find your way back up to the 801 someday!! We love you and that was some serious candy Ian and Stella got! Trick-or-treating is definitely going to lose its appeal compared to ALL that! Love ya' girl! Can't wait to see you so soon!! :)

Tam, you seriously have such a cute little family! Hopefully, we'll be able to hook up next summer when we're back in the US.
